Rome wasn't built overnight. The biggest difference here is that there is no end. With that in mind, you'll need to find something that motivates you to stay consistent throughout life!

That video of me lifting wasn't achieved in a short amount of time. That's almost 5 years of experience (successful and failure) built up to achieve that weight!

Is it for the cute girl you saw at the gym? For your kids? Find out what it is and use that as your main energy factor!

Depending on where you are in your fitness journey and what priority it has will depend on how much energy you put in the gym. Don't try to fit the energy you're feeling that day JUST to say you did X, Y, and Z. It won't be sustainable in the long run!
